Items purchased from e-shop section can only be purchased by customers within the Swiss territory. Shipment of purchased items will only be carried out within Swiss territory. Purchased items are subject to a shipping cost to the customer, as indicated at the time of purchase. Shipment is done via Swiss Post, with Registered A-Mail Service. Orders less than 500, – Chf will ship in a single delivery, if otherwise the total order value exceeds 500, – Chf, shipment can be split in a fractional way through several deliveries, without requiring the customer additional further charges for other shipments. All products listed in the shop line section, if not immediately available, will be produced and shipped within 3 weeks of receipt of the order and after payment has been made. In the event of delays, the customer will receive timely communication by mail and will be informed of the new delivery date.
Right of return
The purchased products can be returned within 10 days from the date of receipt, in perfect condition, in their original packaging and accompanied by the original purchase invoice, at our showroom and store CONCETTO FORMALE, Via Carlo Frasca 4 in Lugano, Switzerland. Alternatively, the returned goods can be shipped the address of our company : Kontact Sagl, Contrada del Torchio 7, 6934, Bioggio. In the event of a refund, the customer is required to send an e-mail to the supplier in order to facilitate the return. In case of refund, the shipment itself and the related expenses are to be paid by the customer. The amount of the purchase will be fully refunded (deducted from shipping costs).
All our jewelry products are subject to strict quality control before shipment and are covered by a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase. However, the warranty covers only structural or fabric defects attributable to the supplier (ex: ring size or chain length different from the one ordered etc.). Any structural defects must be communicated promptly by the customer to the supplier. Excluded from the guarantee are defects due to improper use, the intrinsic typology of the products or daily use.
For products purchased in the e-shop section is required to pay in advance by credit card or alternatively advanced payment by bank transfer on our bank account.
In the case of advanced payment by bank transfer, the order will be executed from the date of the amount being credited to our account.
The supplier is responsible for delivering the items to the customer. Any shipping damage or delays or deliveries attributable to the forwarder must be promptly communicated by mail to the supplier.
Our customer service works by e-mail or by phone exclusively in Italian and English language.
If the provisions of these General Terms are to be or become partially ineffective, the conditions remain effective in their essence. The parties are obliged to replace the ineffective provisions with a legally valid regulation, approaching as far as possible the meaning and the legal and economic purpose of the ineffective provision.
Changes to these General Terms are always possible. For each order refer to the General Conditions of that moment.
Only Swiss law is applied. Competent place for jurisdiction is Lugano.
